Position Summary

The Clinic Manager will lead day-to-day operations for Stem Health, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient clinic workflow. This role is pivotal as we launch our flagship clinic in First Canadian Place. You will act as the operational backbone of the facility, balancing administrative excellence with a high-touch, service-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
  • Manage supply chain, medical inventory, and vendor contracts, ensuring all clinic readiness standards are met.
  • Produce operational reports for leadership to track clinic performance.
  • Support the onboarding of new clinical hires and training them on operational protocols.
  • Act as a key operational point of contact for clinical team leads and allied health professionals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing clinic team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and exceptional hospitality.
  • Monitor and optimize clinic KPIs, including patient satisfaction scores, operational throughput, and budgetary adherence.
  • Oversee compliance with local health regulations, safety protocols, and privacy standards to ensure clinic accreditation and patient safety.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient retention and clinic utilization through proactive service feedback and service recovery protocols.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the clinic and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in clinic operations management, supply procurement, and EHR/scheduling administration.
  • Significant experience in multi-specialty clinic, ambulatory care, or health facility management.
  • Proficiency in working with Electronic Health Records, Google Workspace, and ERP/inventory systems.

Work Environment

  • Phase 1 (Pre-Sept 2026): Remote at 20 hours per week.
  • Phase 2 (Sept 28, 2026+): In-clinic at the STEM Health facility at 40 hours per week.
