Description
About Stem Health
Stem Health is reimagining the primary care experience for individuals who want a more thoughtful relationship with their health. Physician-led and membership-based, we combine medical excellence with the warmth of hospitality anchored in a beautifully designed flagship clinic at First Canadian Place, opening September 2026. Our care model is relationship-based, data-informed, and built on time, trust, and exceptional service.
Position Summary
Stem Health believes that the most impactful musculoskeletal care is unhurried, precise, and deeply integrated into a member's broader health picture. We are looking for a grounded chiropractor to bring our movement and alignment philosophy to life inside our flagship clinic.
In this role, you will deliver high-touch, personalised chiropractic care to Stem Health members at our clinic at First Canadian Place. You will be a core part of the clinical team working alongside physicians and allied health providers to ensure every member receives seamless, relationship-based care. This is an invitation to practice chiropractic the way it should be practiced: with time, intention, and a team that prioritises meaning before method.
Key Responsibilities
Carry the sanctuary
You are the Stem Health experience in the treatment room. You ensure every visit — from the moment a member walks in to the moment they leave — reflects our standard of care: professional, warm, and deeply attentive.
Pace the progress
You prioritize time and trust. In a model built around unhurried care, you protect the space needed for deep, intentional treatment — and ensure no member ever feels like a checkbox in a high-volume schedule.
Clarify the body
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic care focused on manual therapy, joint mobilization, and functional movement.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans designed for longevity and injury prevention.
- Translate complex musculoskeletal health into clear, accessible language that empowers clients in their own care.
Collaborate on the whole
- Work closely with the broader clinical team, ensuring your findings and interventions are integrated into each member's Unified Health Story via the clinic's EHR system.
- Coordinate with physicians, allied health providers, and clinical leads to deliver seamless, continuous care.
- Document visit notes, progress, and recommendations with precision and timeliness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; experience in private care, integrative health, or concierge settings is a significant asset.
- Strong hands-on skills with an emphasis on functional movement, joint mobilization, and manual therapy.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, educate clients effectively, and simplify the path to recovery and long-term wellness.
- Comfortable using EHR systems to document and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitality-forward care environments is preferred.
- Genuine alignment with Stem Health's philosophy of proactive, relationship-based, client-centred care.
Ideal Candidate
You are a practitioner who finds meaning in the full picture of a person's health, not just the chief complaint. You bring the calm authority of a seasoned clinician into every treatment room, build trust quickly, and take genuine pride in the care you deliver. You document thoroughly, communicate clearly with colleagues, and understand that in a relationship-based practice, how you show up matters as much as what you know.
