In this role, you will bring a "steady hand" and medical excellence directly to our clients, delivering high-touch, personalized care in the comfort of their homes. The Mission: Precision Aesthetics in Context
As a Nurse Practitioner, you bring medical excellence and curated comfort into the client’s personal environment. You will:
- Carry the Sanctuary: You are responsible for the "Stem Experience" outside our walls. You provide a seamless transition of care, ensuring a professional, high-touch, and sterile atmosphere in a client’s home.
- Pace the Progress: You prioritize time and trust, ensuring the client never feels like a checkbox. You conduct thorough assessments and obtain informed consent, ensuring every treatment plan is unhurried and intentional.
- Clarify the Body: Provide high-quality care focused on assessing, prescribing, and performing aesthetic injections, microneedling, dermaplaning, facials, and IV therapy. You translate complex facial anatomy and metabolic health into plain language for your clients.
- Collaborate on the Whole: Oversee the delegation of care where necessary and stay digitally connected to the broader clinical team, ensuring your home-based aesthetic and wellness insights are integrated into the client’s Unified Health Story.
Your Expertise
- Clinical Mastery: Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the CNO, with independent practice authority and specialized aesthetic training.
- Refined Artistry: Certified in neuromodulators with deep knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and complication management (e.g., vascular occlusion).
- Technical Versatility: Trained in microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels, with a focus on skin physiology and infection prevention.
- IV & Emergency Fluency: Certified in IV therapy (venipuncture, fluid administration) and emergency management (BLS, CPR, and anaphylaxis protocols), ensuring the highest level of precision care in a home environment.
- The Stem Standard: You are a thoughtful communicator who values warmth over gloss, building deep rapport while maintaining the discretion and prestige of the Stem Health brand.
- The Mobile Professional: You are comfortable with and have access to a vehicle for travel to client homes, ensuring all hygiene and safety protocols are strictly maintained.
