Role Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking Physician to join our growing clinical team. You will provide personalized preventive care and medical guidance to a select panel of clients through annual assessments, health planning, and ongoing care. This is a rare opportunity to step away from volume-based models and practice medicine in a calm, well-supported, and deeply client-centered setting.
Ideal candidates will bring a passion for modern longevity science, experience in private or executive health care, and a desire to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments with a focus on prevention and long-term health outcomes
- Develop personalized health plans using advanced diagnostics, lab results, and lifestyle inputs
- Provide ongoing care to a small panel of clients with extended visit lengths and proactive follow-up
- Collaborate closely with NPs, RNs, dietitians, physiotherapists, and mental health professionals
- Participate in team case reviews and support clinical innovation and programming
- Maintain timely, detailed documentation in the electronic health record
- Stay current on clinical research in prevention, primary care, and longevity medicine
Qualifications & Experience
- MD with full license to practice in Ontario and in good standing with CPSO
- CFPC or RCPSC designation (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience; private or executive health care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
- Interest in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and emerging longevity science
- Comfort working in a tech-enabled, data-informed environment
