The Vision: The House Call Reimagined
While traditional therapeutic massage often requires clients to navigate the clinical friction of traffic and waiting rooms, Stem Health believes that the most impactful care is seamless and happens where life is lived. We are looking for a grounded guide to bring our philosophy of recovery and wellbeing directly to our clients. In this role, you will lead the "House Call" experience, traveling to our clients’ homes across the Greater Toronto Area to deliver high-touch, personalized care. This is an invitation to move beyond the traditional clinic walls and join a team that prioritizes meaning before method.
The Mission: Wellbeing in Context
As an integrated practitioner, you bring a steady hand and precision care into the client’s personal environment. You will:
- Carry the Sanctuary: You are responsible for the "Stem Health Experience" outside our walls. You provide a seamless transition of care to the client’s home, ensuring a professional, high-touch atmosphere.
- Pace the Progress: You prioritize time and trust, ensuring the client never feels like a checkbox. By meeting them where they are, you protect the space needed for a restorative, unhurried experience.
- Clarify the Body: Provide therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s health goals, from stress relief to musculoskeletal support. You conduct thoughtful assessments to turn treatment outcomes into meaningful progress.
- Collaborate on the Whole: Stay digitally connected to the broader clinical team, ensuring your home-based insights are integrated into the client’s Unified Health Story.
Your Expertise
- Clinical Mastery: You are a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO, bringing at least 2 years of experience in a private clinic, wellness center, or therapeutic environment.
- Refined Technique: You possess strong technical skills across a variety of modalities, allowing you to provide precision care that supports both injury prevention and overall wellbeing.
- The Steady Hand: You are an expert at building rapport and acting as a calm host, providing professionalism and warmth that simplifies the client's path to recovery.
- Interdisciplinary Fluency: You thrive in a "coordination wins" environment, comfortably using EHR systems to ensure your documentation is a seamless chapter in our Unified Health Story.
- The Stem Standard: Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitality-forward environments is a significant asset, as you understand the nuance of curated comfort and discreet, high-touch service.
- The Mobile Professional: You are comfortable with and have access to a vehicle for travel to client homes, maintaining the discretion and prestige expected of the Stem Health brand.
