Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager as our first dedicated marketing hire. You’ll be the person who:
- Builds a simple, focused demand engine that brings in the right members
- Keeps the Stem Health brand clear, consistent and calm across every touchpoint
- Turns our care model into real stories that help people see themselves in our clinic
This role is for someone who likes being hands-on, is comfortable taking things from zero to one, and has experience marketing high-end services in health, wellness, hospitality or similar membership-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a focused plan to generate demand for individual clients and employers
- Generate awareness through campaigns across owned media, paid media, partnerships, events and referrals
- Set clear targets for leads, cost per lead and conversion with the leadership team
- Test channels quickly, double down on what works, cut what does not
- Keep our brand consistent across every touchpoint: clinic, web, social, email, print and events
- Write and edit copy for key assets: one-pagers, pitch decks, newsletters, email campaigns, ads and simple enablement tools for the team: product briefs, FAQs, talk tracks and pricing summaries
- Partner with clinical and product leads to position services such as dermatology, infusion, sports medicine, Annual Health Assessments, membership and advocacy
- Define segments, value propositions and reasons to choose Stem Health over other options
- Support launches for new services, membership tiers and at-home offerings
- Own the website: structure, pages, conversion paths and content
- Plan and schedule social content for channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Plan and manage the marketing budget across channels and campaigns
- Select and manage a lean tool stack for CRM, email, analytics and automation
- Report simple, honest numbers to the leadership team: leads, conversions, cost per acquisition and return on spend
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years in marketing for:
- Health, wellness, executive health, boutique fitness, or medical aesthetics
- Hospitality and other premium, service-led brands
- Proven demand generation experience with direct impact on revenue or membership
- Experience as a lead or “team of one” who is happy to plan and execute
- Solid experience with digital marketing: web, email, paid, basic SEO and analytics
- Product marketing experience: positioning, messaging, launches and sales enablement
