Position Summary

As a Membership Advisor, you’re often the first real conversation a prospective member has with Stem Health. You respond fast, build trust quickly, and translate our Membership and Annual Health Assessment (AHA) options into clear next steps. You’ll guide potential clients from “curious” to “booked” to “signed,” keeping the process organized and the experience calm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Stem Health’s brand to respond and convert inbound leads, recommend the right next step: membership, annual health assessment, or a follow-up conversation
  • Ask for commitment: booked visit, deposit, or signed membership agreement
  • Own follow-up and reporting hygiene
  • Build and run simple follow-up sequences 
  • Keep clear notes and stages in the CRM so the team can pick up any conversation easily
  • Work daily from a personal call list so leads don’t disappear into the void
  • Re-engage prospective clients from key campaigns and partners
  • Explain how Stem Health works in clear, everyday language
  • Walk through membership tiers and what clients actually receive (time with clinicians, assessments, ongoing care, diagnostics, access to services)
  • Collaborate with marketing on call scripts, email templates, and landing page copy
  • Share what you’re hearing: objections, what converts, what confuses people, what’s landing
  • Support occasional in-clinic tours, webinars, or events for prospective members

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years in a sales or advisory role with high daily activity (inside sales, hospitality, med spa, boutique fitness, membership sales, client advising)
  • Track record of hitting conversion targets
  • Comfortable on phone, video, text, and email
  • Confident discussing pricing and asking for a clear yes or no
  • Strong personal organization system for tasks and follow-up
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and preventive care
  • Comfortable in an early-stage setting where playbooks evolve
  • Availability for flex hours at times (campaigns or events can run evenings)
